We Are Getting A New Nintendo Direct Mini Tonight
After months of silence from Nintendo while both Sony and Microsoft have been hyping up their respective games, we are finally getting a new Nintendo Direct Mini tonight. The last Nintendo Direct Mini was in March 2020 earlier this year.
The surprise announcement came from the official Nintendo Twitter account earlier today, which revealed that the Nintendo Direct Mini Partner Showcase will take place at 10am ET on 20 July 2020, or 10pm GMT+8 on 20 July 2020 for Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia.
On 7/20 we’ll debut the first #NintendoDirect Mini: Partner Showcase, a series focused on titles from our development & publishing partners. We’ll share a few updates on a small group of previously-announced #NintendoSwitch games. Check out the full video release at 7am PT. pic.twitter.com/GbEbxVL6fD

According to the post, the presentation will focus on titles from “development and publishing partners”, as well as share “a few updates on a small group of previously announced games†for the Nintendo Switch.
The previous Nintendo Direct Mini revealed more details for Bravely Default II, as well as the release date for Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition and more. Perhaps we’ll finally get more information about Atlus’ Shin Megami Tensei V in tonight’s stream.
