The PlayStation 4 is more than just a gaming console; it’s a media box which can be a substitute for many other forms of entertainment. By now you are probably adept at watching your favourite Netflix shows on the Sony console, and at times, opting to browse YouTube and Twitch on it as well.
But what about Google Play Movies?
We aren’t sure if you’ve figured it out already but we figure we’d share this lesser-known tip which is useful for those who have purchased shows and movies via Google’s shop. Here are the simple steps:
- Purchase whatever show you want via Google Movies.
- Link the Google account used to your PlayStation account.
- Open YouTube app on your PlayStation 4.
- Under ‘Purchases’, play that movie and voila. New ways to maximize the usage of your PlayStation 4!

If you buy a movie series on Google play you cant use ps4 to watch it on youtube. The same episode keeps poping up on youtube purchases..Any ideas why?
Can you not aso watch it from YouTube Alternatively you can also try different methods such as downloading movies from a PC and uploading it to Ur USB file here is the instructions
