This Bloodborne Nendoroid Is Absolutely Adorable
By Melvyn Tan|February 18, 2020|0 Comment
Earlier this month, Good Smile unveiled its Nendoroid Hunter toy. Based on Bloodborne‘s Hunter, it trades grim badassery for grim… cuteness?
Nendoroid and their big eyes are usually cute by default, but there’s something about the Nendoroid Hunter’s stern glare – accentuated by how his trademark hat and mask obscure his features – that makes him stand out. To be honest, he reminds me a bit of young Kakashi.
Hat aside, the Nendoroid Hunter is also clad in his recognizable coat. In addition, there are optional parts like the Saw Cleaver and Hunter pistol, as well as one of the game’s checkpoint lamps.
He’s not the only new figure to have been announced either. As Siliconera pointed out, a number of figures have been added to Good Smile’s upcoming lineup already.
Announced at Winter Wonder Festival 2020, the lineup includes Nendoroid Yennefer and Bayonetta, as well as several Fate/Grand Order Nendoroid. Anime-wise, there are Nendoroids – both previewed and teased – from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, My Hero Academia, and In/Spectre.
The Nendoroid Hunter is set to release sometime in August 2020. The website lists his price as ¥4,727 (or roughly RM178+) before taxes.
