These Are The Most Anticipated Games This Fall According To Analysts
By Alleef Ashaari|September 2, 2020|0 Comment
A lot of major games are coming out in the remainder of 2020, including some of the biggest titles of the year. Based on a survey of more than six thousand gamers done by analytics firm Nielsen (via Venturebeat), we now know which games that gamers are most looking forward to.
According to the report, the most anticipated games of the year are Marvel’s Avengers, Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
Other games which received notable interest from gamers include Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, FIFA 21, NBA 2K21, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, Star Wars: Squadrons, and Planet Coaster: Console Edition.
Amongst PC gamers, however, the titles are notably different. The PC master race were particularly hyped for World of Warcraft: Shadowland, Crusader Kings III, Baldur’s Gate III, and Serious Sam 4, all of which are PC exclusives.
As for PS4 and PS5 gamers specifically, many gravitated towards Gran Turismo 7, Demon’s Souls, and 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim.
Despite what the statistics show, they’re not a guarantee that all of these games will automatically sell well or receive critical acclaim. The report only gauges how strong the overall anticipation levels are for the respective titles, which means that some of these games may still not be as successful as their hype make them out to be.
