Arcane: League of Legends Netflix Series Gets Renewed For Second Season
The League of Legends animated series has been seeing a lot of praise and success thanks to its story, its fleshing out of MOBA characters, and lovely art direction and animation. So much so that the show is getting a follow-up.
Netflix and Riot Games have confirmed that its hit animated event series will be returning for a second season. Arcane co-creators Christian Linke and Alex Yee said the following:
“We’re beyond happy about the positive response to Arcane’s first season and are working hard with the creative wizards at Riot and Fortiche to deliver our second installment.”
Hailee Steinfeld, Ella Purnell, and Katie Leung will be reprising their roles as Vi, Jinx, and Caitlyn respectively. No release window has been announced yet. For more Arcane, check out our interviews with the creators and the VOs of Jinx and Caitlyn respectively.
