Cyberpunk 2077 Anime Jacks In This September On Netflix

Netflix has unveiled a teaser for its upcoming anime adaptation for CD Projekt RPG Cyberpunk 2077. It’s called Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and it’s coming out on September 2022.

The show’s luscious animation is produced by Studio Trigger of Kill la Kill and Promare fame. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is a 10-episode standalone anime that follows the story of a street kid trying to survive in Night City: by being an edgerunner mercenary, doing a ton of dirty criminal activities to get the job done as a gun-for-hire. The anime is directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi (Gurren Lagann) and features character designs by Yoh Yoshinari (Little Witch Academia).
