Ghost of Tsushima Has Sold 9.73 Million Copies On PlayStation Consoles
PlayStation and Sucker Punch has hit a couple of milestones with its epic open-world action-adventure samurai title Ghost of Tsushima.
The PS4 and PS5 game has hit 9.73 million copies in sales as of 3 July. This includes both the original game we reviewed and the Director’s Cut version. Other worthy stats include foxes being petted 75.18 million times, players spending 6,437.4 years on horseback, and 94.76 million hot springs being used in the game’s titular island.

This proves a good number of things: people will buy a console for a new game IP if it’s promising and has a talented team behind it. The game itself has received widespread appreciation in Japan, with the developers being named official ambassadors of the island of Tsushima.
