Jet Grind Radio-Style Game Bomb Rush Cyberfunk Delayed To Mid-2023

Sad news for gamers looking forward to a skating/bicycling and graffiti-tagging mix of shenanigans: Team Reptile will be delaying Bomb Rush Cyberfunk.

Billed as a spiritual follow-up to Jet Set Radio/Jet Set Radio Future, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk will be pushed from its 2022 release window to Summer 2023 instead. The delay is due to additional development time for the game.

“We are convinced that releasing the game this year will not take it to a level where we would be personally satisfied with. To create a fulfilling and unique game we are extending the development time of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk to summer 2023.”

To make up for the delay, Team Reptile said it will be showing off more visuals this week as a means of progress report to the public. Bomb Rush Cyberfunk will be out for PC(Steam) and Nintendo Switch first, followed by other consoles a week later after its release.
