The Super Mario Bros Movie Is Getting Its Own Nintendo Direct This Friday

The Super Mario Bros Movie is getting its own Nintendo Direct presentation on 7 October 2022 at 4.05 am GMT+8. It will introduce the world premiere of the animated movie’s first trailer.

However, Nintendo also confirmed that this Nintendo Direct live stream will not be featuring any video game news or information at all.

Back in April 2022, Nintendo and Illumination revealed that the Super Mario Bros Movie has been delayed to April 2023. The upcoming animated movie will star Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong and Keegan-Michael Key as Toad.

I’m sure that every Mario and Nintendo fan out there will be excited to hear Chris Pratt’s Mario voice for the first time.
