Dead Space Co-Creator Thanks EA Motive For Faithful Remake

EA Motive’s Dead Space Remake was recently released for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC with critical acclaim. The original Dead Space (2008) was co-created by several people, including Glen Schofield, who is now the head of Striking Distance Studios (which developed the recent survival horror The Callisto Protocol).

Recently, he replied to a LinkedIn post about the Dead Space Remake by his daughter Nicole Schofield (who was an environment artist on The Callisto Protocol).

He wrote:

“To all of you who worked on the original, thank you for your contributions to an amazing game. It has withstood the test of time. And to Motive, thank you for your care in remaking the game faithfully. Congratulations.”
