Mortal Kombat 12 Announced For 2023 Release Window

Mortal Kombat 12 has been officially announced, but not in the way you might think. It wasn’t revealed by developer NetherRealm Studios or creator Ed Boon. Instead, it was unceremoniously revealed during an earnings call by Warner Bros. Discovery (who owns NetherRealm Studios and the Mortal Kombat IP).

There have been a lot of teases and rumours but now it’s confirmed that we’re getting Mortal Kombat 12 sometime in 2023. We will probably hear more details and an official reveal from the developers in the coming weeks or months. Stay tuned on Kakuchopurei for the latest news and updates.

In other news, the same earnings call also revealed that new The Lord Of The Rings movies are in the works.

Mortal Kombat 11 was originally released in 2019 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC.
