Pokémon World Championships 2023 Is Happening This August

During the Pokemon Day 2023 presentation, the Pokémon Company announced that the Pokémon World Championships 2023 will take place in Yokohama, Japan, from 11 August to 13 August 2023. They also unveiled the first key art for the upcoming event.

It will involve Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the Pokémon trading card game, and Pokémon Unite. The event will also air as a live broadcast for fans who cannot attend in person. This marks the first time that the event will be in Japan. Previous events have all been in the US, with the exception of this year’s event, which took place in London, UK.
