Tales Of Symphonia Remastered Developers Apologize For Broken Game

Tales Of Symphonia Remastered launched for the PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on 16 February 2023, but players have been complaining about many game-breaking issues since launch. Now, the developers have posted an official apology statement on Twitter and have promised to improve the game.

The statement reads:

“Thank you for playing Tales of Symphonia Remastered for Nintendo Switch.
We have confirmed that there is a problem with gameplay in this product version that is currently on sale.
We are currently investigating a fix.”

 

These issues include the game running at only 30FPS when the original Nintendo GameCube version ran at 60FPS. Other issues include broken textures, long loading times and game crashes.

Tales of Symphonia Remastered is a remastered version of Tales of Symphonia, which was released in 2003 and sold more than 2.7 million units worldwide. The adventures of Lloyd and Colette, the Chosen One, in the two intertwined worlds of Sylvarant and Tethe’alla return after 20 years.
