The first Dota 2 Major of the 2022-23 season will be kicking off in Peru on 22 February. This will be the very first Major that Valve’s MOBA will be hosting in the region. A total of 18 qualifying teams have already been confirmed for the event through their regional leagues, and players can expect a hefty prize pool and plenty of Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) points up for grabs.

Last season, The International 2022 tournament concluded with Tundra emerging victorious and taking home the highly coveted Aegis of Champions. Fans of Dota 2 were on the edge of their seats as they witnessed some incredible plays and epic comebacks throughout the intense competition. With the first Major of the current season fast approaching, fans are eagerly anticipating how it will measure up against their expectations.
