New PlayStation 5 & DualSense Edge Controller Update Out Now
Sony Interactive Entertainment has released new software updates for its mainstay devices.
The PlayStation 5 and DualSense Edge controller has received new updates that include usability improvements. The PS5 update version 23.01-0.7.20.00 has improved the messages and usability on some screens. Meanwhile, the DualSense Edge wireless controller software’s update is meant to improve stability.
The PS5 received a bunch of major updates back in March, which includes Discord voice chat, the ability to start or request a Share Screen session with a friend directly from their profile, a Variable Refresh Rate support for displays that support 1440p resolution, and more.
