VALORANT Player Zellsis Gets Fined By VCT For Inappropriate Gesture Caught On Stream

Professional VALORANT player for Cloud9, Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro has been slapped with a fine by the VALORANT Champions Tour after making a rude gesture to his teammates during a match against NRG.

The incident was caught on camera, but Zellsis seemed to take it all in stride when he reacted to the clip later on his stream. He burst out laughing and commented that the incident was being broadcast on the VCT’s main camera feed for the event.

“And apparently, I’m on the main stream for that sh*t, dude. That got me fined.”

When asked about his $10,000 donation goal, he joked that it wasn’t related to the fine amount, but rather just a random number saying:

“Listen. I got a fine, I can’t say how much. Let’s just say that. The 10k is there to just be 10k, you know what I’m saying? Why did I get fined? For air-sucking d*ck.”

Don’t worry, we’ve got the clip for you right here.

While some viewers thought the fine was unnecessary, others thought Zellsis was just unlucky that the camera happened to focus on him at that moment.

One viewer said: “Can anyone explain to me why would it be something controversial enough for Riot to fine him?”

Another complained: “He coulda got away with it. Honestly so unlucky the camera was focusing on him right when he did that.”
