Heist Game Payday 3 Launches This September

During Xbox Games Showcase, publisher Prime Matter and developer Starbreeze Studios announced that Payday 3 will launch for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on 21 September 2023.

Payday 3 was originally announced back in 2020, while Payday 2 was launched in 2013. The franchise is an action-packed, four-player co-op shooter that lets players go on epic crime sprees. Players are free to choose anything from small-time convenience store hits or kidnappings, to big league cyber-crime or emptying out major bank vaults. Up to four friends co-operate on the hits, and as the crew progresses the jobs become bigger, better and more rewarding. Along with earning more money and becoming a legendary criminal comes a character customization and crafting system that lets crews build and customize their own guns and gear.
