Wargaming Asia Announces Internship Program At Singapore Office

Wargaming has announced the launch of its first-ever Wargaming Forge internship program in Southeast Asia. Wargaming Singapore will be recruiting young talent to join a 6-month internship program as Community Management Trainees.

Held in Wargaming Singapore office, the full paid internship program will run for 6 months starting in Fall 2023. The Community Management Trainee will have the opportunity to gain a permanent role with Wargaming upon performance evaluation.

Led by a team of passionate gaming professionals, the internship program will offer hands-on training, real-world projects, and expert guidance in community management. The internship program serves as a great opportunity for university students in their last year and recent graduates who are passionate about the gaming industry.

Chan Huang Suan, Alumi of Singapore Management University shared:

“Wargaming is a wonderful workplace that is full of opportunities for anyone who are passionate and curious about how games are developed and operated. My role has continuously evolved over the past 2 years, and no work feels routine. If you like the challenge, the work in Wargaming could be your cup of tea! Most importantly, Wargaming encourages collaboration across departments. So I’m glad to have intelligent and capable colleagues who have a collaborative workstyle and are open to conversation anytime.”

Kyu Tan, Alumi of Nanyang Technological University shared:

“My journey with Wargaming has been nothing short of exciting so far – I have had the chance to work with other bright, amazing Wargamers, who are not just colleagues to me, but mentors and teammates who are always ready to lend a helping hand and inspire me to do better everyday. The collaborative work environment in Wargaming allows me to maximize my skills and expertise, to support our employees so they can focus on doing what they do best. If you are a gaming enthusiast and eager to turn your love for gaming into a fulfilling career, come be a part of our journey to create captivating game experiences for our players worldwide!”

The Community Management Trainee internship program is part of the Wargaming Forge Internship program. Founded in 2017, Wargaming Forge plays a significant role in building young talents and pipelines within Wargaming.

Vitalija Radzeviciute, Wargaming Forge Team Lead said:

“Over the last 6 years, Wargaming Forge has launched over 61 programs worldwide. 600 participants have joined and benefited from the program ever since. With APAC being one of the fastest-growing markets, we value the importance to invest in local talents.
