Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Reveals Story Trailer & Release Date At TGS 2023

505 Games and Rabbit & Bear Studios have finally released a new gameplay trailer and a release date for Eiyuden Chronicles: Hundred Heroes. The announcement was made at the Tokyo Game Show 2023.

The new story trailer features the combat system, main characters, and even mini-games for players to enjoy. The main protagonist is Nowa accompanied by several specialist heroes, including, Seign, and Marisa. They will then meet over 100 heroes throughout the game.

Here is the overview of the game according to 505 Games:

“Our story begins in one corner of Allraan, a tapestry of nations with diverse cultures and values. By dint of sword, and by way of magical objects known as “rune-lenses,” the land’s history has been shaped by the alliances and aggressions of the humans, beastmen, elves, and desert people who live there.

The Galdean Empire has edged out other nations and discovered a technology that amplifies the rune-lenses’ magic.

Now, the Empire is scouring the continent for an artifact that will expand their power even further. It is on one such expedition that Seign Kesling, a young and gifted imperial officer, and Nowa, a boy from a remote village, meet each other and become friends.

However, a twist of fate will soon drag them into the fires of war, and force them both to reexamine everything they believe to be right and true”.

Furthermore, one of the mini-games shown is called Cinderella. The ‘Cinderella’ can be replaced with any other heroes you choose and even to replace the evil step sisters. A variety of mini-game combinations can be played by players, depending on their preferences.

Pre-orders of the game are now available in two different editions: Standard and Digital Deluxe. The Standard Edition provides 1x Rune, 1x Accessory, and 1x Headquarters Custom Object (Flag). Whereas the Digital Deluxe Edition will get the Digital Soundtrack which includes 15+ tracks, Digital Mini Artbook with 60+ pages, 1x Headquarters custom Object (R&B Statue), Season pass, and the Easy journey pack with 6x HP Recovery, 2x Revive, and 1x Evacuation item.

Eiyuden Chronicles: Hundred Heroes is set to drop on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Epic Games Store and Steam on 23 April 2024.
