Ark Survival Ascended Trailer Unveils First Look At The Remake

During the Xbox Partner Preview 2023 live stream, Studio Wildcard gave our first look at Ark Survival Ascended, the remake of 2015’s Ark Survival Evolved.

You awake on a mysterious island, your senses overwhelmed by the blinding sunlight and brilliant colours bouncing off every surface around you, the azure waters of a verdant Island lapping at your bare feet. A deep roar echoes from the misty jungle, jolting you into action, and you stand up – not afraid, but intrigued. Are you ready to form a tribe, tame and breed hundreds of species of dinosaurs and other primaeval creatures, explore, craft, build, and fight your way to the top of the food chain? Your new world awaits… step through the looking glass and join it!

The most game-changing new feature coming to Ark: Survival Ascended is cross-platform modding. PC players of the original game have had the luxury of playing with mods for the last eight years, and soon that benefit will be available on every platform. Ark Survival Ascended will include all its previously released DLCs and maps in its remade form and will have its own content roadmap. This will include new story content for the game, further gameplay/QOL changes, new DLC, seasonal events, and over time, eleven brand new creatures.
