The Game Awards 2023 is taking place on 8 December 2023 from 8.30 am GMT+8, but Geoff Keighley has announced the nominated games.

Survival-horror title Alan Wake 2 from Remedy Entertainment and RPG Baldur’s Gate 3 from Larian Studios nabbed the most nods with eight each, including Game Of The Year. The four other titles rounding out the nominations for Game Of The Year are also entries in long-running franchises: Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 from Insomniac Games, Resident Evil 4 from Capcom, Super Mario Bros. Wonder from Nintendo and The Legend Of Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom from Nintendo.
