Marvel Kang Actor Jonathan Majors Found Guilty Of Assault & Harassment

According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, actor Jonathan Majors has been found guilty of reckless assault in the third degree and harassment by a New York court and jury. Official sentencing is set for 6 February 2024.

Majors originally faced four charges of assault, aggravated harassment and harassment on 25 March 2023, two of which he is now ultimately found to be guilty of, against his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. He could be facing a sentence of 1 year in prison or probation.

2023 has been a big year for Jonathan Majors, who starred as Kang The Conqueror in Ant-Man And The Wasp Quantumania and a variant of the character in Loki Season 2, as well as the main antagonist in Creed 3. This court verdict probably means that his career is now over.

There have been rumours for the past year about Marvel recasting Jonathan Majors’ role as Kang The Conqueror in the Marvel Cinematic Universe but nothing has been official so far. Now that he has been found guilty, Marvel Studios might finally announce their official stand and decision on the matter soon.
