The One Piece Anime Remake Announced, Coming To Netflix

During the Jump Festa 2024 event, Toei Animation and Netflix announced the The One Piece anime, which will be a remake of the One Piece anime.

No other details have been revealed, besides an official poster and that Wit Studio will be producing the animation. Wit Studio is best known for producing seasons of Attack On Titan, Spy X Family, Vinland Saga and the upcoming Suicide Squad Isekai.

This is weird news, considering that the current One Piece anime is still ongoing, and the manga has still not ended as well. Perhaps this new The One Piece anime will be a better gateway for new fans to start watching the franchise, especially since the ongoing One Piece anime is already more than one thousand episodes in and that’s intimidating for new viewers.
