Knuckles Series Trailer Reveals April 2024 Release Date
Paramount Plus has announced that the Knuckles series will premiere on the streaming service on 27 April 2024. There will be six episodes for this limited series.
The new live-action series will follow Knuckles (Idris Elba) on a hilarious and action-packed journey of self-discovery as he agrees to train Wade (Adam Pally) as his protégé and teach him the ways of the Echidna warrior. The series takes place between the films SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2 and SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 3.
Meanwhile, Sonic The Hedgehog 3 is slated to premiere in cinemas sometime in December 2024 with the introduction of Shadow The Hedgehog and the return of Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik.
Sonic The Hedgehog 2 premiered in April 2022 and was a box office success garnering US$400 million at the global box office. We liked it for delivering what people wanted out of a film like this: more Sonic & his buddies fighting Dr Robotnik and fewer human scenes, though to be fair, James Marsden’s Tom is alright.

Update [12/2/2024]: The TV show got a TV spot on the Super Bowl 2024, albeit a quick one. Here’s how it looks.
