Last Epoch is an ARPG that has recently released and features high fantasy, time-travelling, a ton of classes you can customize, and a hearty endgame. Known as the baby of a Diablo and Path of Exile game, Last Epoch can get very overwhelming for new players. This guide is specifically for the Acolyte Warlock class during the levelling stage.

OVERVIEW

The best levelling path for Warlock is a bleed build by smooshing a ton of abilities on your enemies. The Warlock plays at at mid range most times. You will use mainly the Cthtonic Fissure as your main skill, which will cast all other skills for you. This build not just as an insane amount of damage, but provides you with good defense and recovery. Not to mention, it will scale well with end-game item bases and tree point. To put it simply, this makes levelling feels pretty darn easy.

Take note that when using this guide, always make sure you maintain at most a 5 level difference within the area. When collecting loot, keep gear with high value affixes in your stash and sell the rest. You can use these later or destroy them with a Rune of Shattering or a Rune of Removal.

EARLY GAME

Before you unlock your mastery, this is what you will be using:

• For single target, you will use Rip Blood.
• For clear, use your Wandering Spirits on cooldown.
• Summon your Summon Bone Golem to take the aggro away from you.
• On bosses, you will use Bone Curse for extra damage.
• For mobility, use Transplant to move quickly through the chapters.

FINAL SETUP

• For single target and clear, you will use Chthonic Fissure first, then Spirit Plague and spam your Chaos Bolts.
• Limit your Spirit Plague cast, it applies stacks of Bleeds on yourself.
• If you are low on Mana, just stop casting Chaos Bolts.
• You don’t need to cast Bone Curse manually, it will proc from Chaos Bolts.
• Use Transplant to move quickly through the chapters, just like before!
• Summon your Summon Bone Golem to pull aggro away from you. If you find that he dies too often, you can easily replace him with Profane Veil and use it to avoid damage.

You’ll find that people will often use Loot Filters in Last Epoch as it just makes looting easier. This helps you highlight everything you need while progressing. Just remember to hide rules you no longer need as you improve your gear.

SUMMARY

The reason why this build is the best for levelling is because it is easy for the campaign, especially if you cap your physical resistance early game. It’s not a very complicated nor high skill build to play which makes it very beginner friendly!
