Helldivers 2 Devs Confirms New Mech Arrival

Developer Arrowhead Game Studios has shared a sneak peek at the latest addition to Helldivers 2, confirming the rumours and leaks that have been swirling around the community.

The Exo-45 Patriot Exosuits, manufactured by the fictional Tien Kwan factories, will indeed be joining the game’s arsenal. This formidable suit comes equipped with a powerful gatling gun and a missile cluster, which will make any enemy frightened by the looks of it. If these upcoming Exosuits are similar to the originals, be prepared to have plenty of clearance space when calling one in, as they made a big impact in the original game.

Previous teasers hinted that Helldivers 2 would feature mechs, and this announcement confirms that these mechanized suit will be making their grand entrance soon. However, the term “soon” can be interpreted in various ways, ranging from this week to a few weeks from now. While it’s difficult to determine the exact release date, a March release seems plausible.

Beyond the Exo-45 Patriot Exosuit, Helldivers 2 continues to undergo significant changes, introducing new weapons, stratagems, and vehicles that elevate the gameplay experience. These updates, such as the trench wall stratagem, Commando rocket launcher, and AR48 Truth Whisperer, among others, provide players with a wider range of tactical options.
