Cosy Fairytale City Builder Fabledom Launches for Consoles Later this Year

Publisher Dear Villagers and developer Grenaa Games have launched Fabledom 1.0 version for PC via Steam. For the first week, Steam users can purchase the game with a 35% discount.

The 1.0 update brings a plethora of improvements and performance. You can check out the full patch notes here. Along with the PC launch, the companies have also revealed the game is coming to consoles later this year.

In this magical world, players are tasked with gathering resources to develop their village. They have the opportunity to interact with various characters, embark on romantic encounters, and form connections with neighbouring villages. The choices made during gameplay can significantly impact the growth of your country and the way you interact with other nations.

In addition to building and managing the kingdom, players must protect their country from creatures and monsters. Failure to act quickly and wisely may result in the devastating attacks of these mythical beings. Fabledom introduces a range of fantastical creatures, including flying pigs, giants, gnomes, trolls, witch sisters, and a powerful dragon that can bring about utter destruction.

Fabledom will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch in Q3 of 2024. Physical editions will be available for purchase for PlayStation 5 and Switch via Merge Games. You can pre-order the physical editions here.
