New Intergalactic Hospital Management Game Galacticare Launches Soon

Galacticare is an upcoming sci-fi hospital simulation game that brings together the management game genre with a futuristic healthcare system. The game is being developed by Brightrock Games and will be published by CULT Games.

In Galacticare, players are tasked with building and managing a hospital to treat different types of aliens and their unique diseases. They must keep their patients alive while ensuring they pay for the medical services provided. The game offers both campaign and sandbox modes, allowing players to create a one-of-a-kind hospital.

Throughout the game, players must hire doctors with different backgrounds and traits, balance their needs, and keep them happy. They can even hire consultants to provide feedback on hospital operations. The game also involves developing relationships with different species and earning rewards from their respective cultures. Not only that, players can upgrade rooms, read the thoughts of everyone aboard the hospital and purchase a variety of equipment from a colossal wandering trader.

The game’s unique blend of comedy and lightheartedness keeps players entertained, with wacky responses from doctors to patients. Galacticare is similar to Two Point Hospital, another popular management game.

Players will face increasingly challenging scenarios as they progress, including providing healthcare for musical festivals, deep-space prisons, communal space farms, and industrial disasters. The game features strange alien diseases, wacky treatments, and experiments on patients.

Galacticare is set to launch on 23 May 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.
