Retro Survival Horror Crow Country Launches Today On Multiple Platforms
By Ali'sha Harris|May 10, 2024|0 Comment
London-based studio SFB Games has recently launched its anticipated retro survival horror game, Crow Country. If you are fond of 90s horror games like Resident Evil on PlayStation 1, then you will surely want to give this title a try.
Crow Country is set in the 1990s, and you play as the protagonist Mara Forest, who investigates an abandoned eerie theme park to find clues and answers about the mysterious disappearance of Edward Crow, the park’s owner. You will need to manage limited resources and survive against the mysterious monsters that roam during the night while solving puzzles and overcoming challenges that stand in your way. The game boasts a richly atmospheric world with pre-rendered graphics and a mix of 3D elements.
Players who want to explore without worrying about being killed by monsters or adversaries can use “Exploration Mode” to freely roam the game’s expansive area. This feature is perfect for those who desire to immerse themselves in rich environments and discover hidden secrets without interruptions. You can focus more on the puzzles and solve the ultimate mystery.
SFB Games’ Creative Director, Adam Vian, expressed his delight with this statement:
“It’s finally here! This project has been a real labour of love for us, so we’re beyond excited to finally let people enjoy all that Crow Country has to offer. Personally, I’m so curious to see how it goes… I want to know which puzzles you enjoyed, which moments scared you, what rank you get, which bonuses you unlock – I think I’ll be glued to YouTube and Twitch for a while…”
Crow Country is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.
