Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake Release Date Announced; Dragon Quest 1 & 2 Remakes Also Teased

Years after its announcement, we finally get new gameplay footage of the Dragon Quest 3 remake.

An Enix original NES RPG, part 3 is getting an HD-2D remake that’s basically using Octopath Traveler’s tech. That means 2D sprites, 3D environments, a 2D style of gameplay and presentation, and that whole miniatures look that made the Octopath Traveler games a darling to look at.

Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake will be out on 14 November this year for Nintendo Switch. In addition, Dragon Quest 1 and 2 HD-2D Remake will be out in 2025. Check out the full trailer below.
