New Joker Folie A Deux Trailer Sees The Crown Prince Of Crime On Trial
Warner Bros. Discovery has unveiled a new trailer for the upcoming Joker Folie A Deux.
The synopsis reads:
“Joker: Folie À Deux” finds Arthur Fleck institutionalized at Arkham awaiting trial for his crimes as Joker. While struggling with his dual identity, Arthur not only stumbles upon true love, but also finds the music that’s always been inside him.
The film also stars Oscar nominees Brendan Gleeson (“The Banshees of Inisherin”) and Catherine Keener (“Get Out,” “Capote”), alongside Zazie Beetz, reprising her role from “Joker.” Director Todd Phillips has co-written the script for the sequel and will return as director. Joaquin Phoenix will reprise his role as Arthur Fleck AKA the Joker and Lady Gaga will play Harley Quinn.
Joker 2, or Joker Folie A Deux, will premiere in Malaysian cinemas on 3 October 2024.
