Turn-Based Tactical RPG Arco to Release this Mid-August

Publisher Panic and an international team of developers (Max Cahill, Franek, Bibiki, and Antonio Uribe) have now confirmed the Arco launch date for Nintendo Switch and PC with the release of its official trailer.

Initially announced during the Panic Games Showcase 2023, Arco promises a rich narrative, unique combat, and progress through each campaign as a different character.

Arco’s storyline revolves around various tribes facing a common enemy, the wicked organization known as the Red Company, which is responsible for wreaking havoc on the land and its inhabitants. Players must make tough decisions about sacrifice, rationalizing their actions for the greater good, vengeance, or glory.

The game features diverse terrains, potent magic, complex dungeons, demonic bargains, and intense battles as the characters journey to achieve their goals. One of Arco’s distinguishing features is its unconventional combat system, departing from traditional turn-based tactics. Players are able to anticipate and strategize their moves in real-time, with each character offering a unique set of abilities based on their campaign.

Arco is set to launch on 16 August 2024 for Nintendo Switch and PC via Epic Games Store and Steam.
