Persona-Inspired Tactical RPG Demonschool is Delayed to Early 2025
Ysbryd Games and Necrosoft Games have announced that the highly anticipated Demonschool game will not be releasing on its initial date of 13 September 2024 as originally planned. Instead, the game is now expected to be released in the first quarter of 2025, although a specific release date has not yet been set.
The decision to delay the release was made in order to ensure that the game meets high standards and to provide the best possible experience for players. Necrosoft Games has taken this opportunity to add more content to the game, including a quiz section which has been highly requested by fans. Players will also be able to enjoy more minigames, additional relationship features, improved UI, Spanish localization, and enhanced character interactions during dialogues. Plus, Necrosoft Games has started creating devlogs and sharing content on TikTok to keep fans updated on the game’s progress.

Demonschool, which was first announced during the PC Gaming Show 2022, follows the story of freshman Faye, the last living heir to a family of demon hunters. In the game, Faye and her group of friends find themselves immersed in supernatural investigations, encountering mysterious occurrences such as a woman who lost her face, a summoning ritual in a cemetery, and more.
While fans await the game’s official release, they can still explore a demo version available today. Demonschool is set to launch in early 2025 for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
