Bakeru Guide: How To Defeat All The Bosses In This Colourful Japan-esque 3D Platformer

Bakeru is out now for PC and Nintendo Switch; it’s essentially a spiritual successor to the Ganbare Goemon series where you do a ton of platforming, bad guys-walloping, and Japan culture-embracing. Bakeru is no different, but instead of a ninja, you play a tanuki human who sports a rad pompadour and a pair of taiko drumsticks with the power to beat up enemies with.

You can also shapeshift to different hero forms to fight bad guys, and even pilot a giant flying kettle that turns into a mech to destroy bigger Japanese foes. You’ll need all those skills against all the major bosses in the game. Here’s a guide on how to deal with them throughout all 47 prefectures of Japan!

Note that these bosses were defeated in Bakeru’s default form, because we’re just that awesome. Spoilers inbound!
