Just like any action RPG worth its salt, Path of Exile 2’s Early Access update will start adding in more awesome gear for players to hunt for.

Path of Exile 2’s Dawn of the Hunt update will arrive on 5th April for PC, and with it comes a ton of new changes like a new class (the Huntress), new Ascendancies, and endgame updates, along with more bosses. Most importantly, the loot. The new update will bring in over 100 new Unique Items from weaponry to armour.

Here’s a sneak peek at some of them.

 

Support Skills

Haemocrystals

Support Requirements: +5 Strength

Description: Supported Attacks cannot cause Bleeding. Supported Skills consume Bleeding on enemies they hit, creating 4 Haemocrystals. Max 20 active Haemocrystals.

Haemocrystals detonate after 1.5 seconds. Haemocrystals radius is 1 metre. Haemocrystals are randomly created within 2.5 metres of the consumed Bleed. Haemocrystals deal damage equal to 8% of the expected remaining damage of the consumed Bleed.

Alignment

Support gem for Bow Attacks.

Support Requirements: +5 Dex (35)
Supported skills indicate one of four directions. Indicated direction changes when an attack with supported skill matches indicated direction. Supported skills deal 30% more projectile damage when attacking in indicated direction.

Caltrops

A support skill that lays down spikey traps for foes.

Support Requirements: +5 Dex (35)
Projectiles from supported skills trigger caltrops when they reach the end of their flight.

Enormity

This support skills makes your minions bigger and hit harder.

Support Requirements: +5 Int (100)
Minions from supported skills have 20% increased size and deal 20% more damage, as well as have 20% more maximum life.

Syzygy

A new Slam and Melee support skill.

Support Requirements: +5 Strength (30)
Hits from supported skills are considered crushing blows against ingnited and fully armour broken enemies. Heavily stunning enemies which are ignited and fully armour broken with supported skills will permanently intimidate them.

 

Unique Items

Chernobog’s Pillar

This shield lets you set people on fire the more times you block with it.

 

The Coming Calamity

This body armour lets you become the true master of the elements.

Heroic Armour

Requires Level 84, 86 Strength, 86 Dex

Grants Skill: Level 19 Herald of Ash, Level 19 Herald of Ice, Level 19 Herald of Thunder
+74 to maximum life
+37% to all elemental resistances
Enemies in your presence have no elemental resistances

Calgyra’s Arc

This new Unique Buckler lets you parry projectiles from any distance.

Beira’s Anguish

A Unique Charm that protects you from being Ignited as well as igniting others in an explosion; first of its kind in Path of Exile 2.

Waistgate

A Unique Heavy Belt that gives benefits to classes and ascendancies that rely on one type of resource like Blood Magic.

Saitha’s Spear

Causes Bleeding and Ignites more frequent than usual; a handy spear to have for damage, though you can only use it at close range as you can’t use projectile attacks with this Unique.
