Hideo Kojima is a fan of movies and Hollywood, so much so that he has a ton of star power represented in all of his recent games. Death Stranding 2: On The Beach boasts actors like Norman Reedus, Lea Seydoux, and Elle Fanning as the game’s main characters.
Of course, Death Stranding 2 has its share of cameos and guest appearances, usually as a leader of the centers and facilities they’re in. Our hero Sam connects with one and then goes on a conversation with them.
Here’s the list.
A famous Vtuber who dresses up like a rabbit and loves carrots. She is the Data Scientist whom you’ll come across in your travels around Australia.
If you do enough sub-orders and side orders for her, you will get a Nousagi Hat which makes Sam Bridges/Norman Reedus say Peko and other vtuber quotes while on the road.
A popular Korean action star with a big build. The last movie he was in is Holy Knight: Demon Hunters. He plays Samson Hook who runs the South Distribution Center [F2].
A famous musician. He is The Musician, one of the clients Sam helps deliver packages to.
A renowned horror show director who did a number of shows like Midnight Mass, Midnight Book Club, and Doctor Sleep. His likeness is used for the character Mike Northcoate, who runs the Northern Environmental Observatory.
An actress known for films like Haunting of Blythe Manor. She is Mike Flanagan’s spouse.
She plays Olivia Westbury who runs West Fort Knot [F1].
A renowned director known for the Ghost in the Shell anime adaptation and more. His likeness is used for the Pizza Chef, one of your main story clients.
The father-son director duo from India. Known for Telugu films such as RRR and Baahubali.
The duo’s likeness are for The Adventurer and The Adventurer’s Son respectively.
Ex-wife of Nicholas Winding Refn (Heartman). She plays the Hydrologist.
Daughters of Nicholas Winding Refn. Lizzie plays the Chronobiologist while Lola plays the Metagenomicist.
Known for her role as Alexis Castle in the hit TV show Castle. She plays La Madre who runs Villa Libre.
Director, Product Development at XDEV Europe, at PlayStation Studios. His likeness is used for the character Benjamin Rivera, who runs the CI South Distribution Center.

Vice President, Global Games Marketing of Sony Interactive Entertainment. His likeness is used for the character Glenn Rain, a Rainbow Valley Representative.
All three band members – Lauren Mayberry, Martin Doherty, and Iain Cook – play the trio who run the Animal Shelter.
A Japanese film director known for making It’s All My Fault and Winny. His likeness is used for a character called The Architect.
An actor who starred in Winny. He plays The Phantom Smith.
A Taiwanese film director known for films like Incantation and Invitation Only. His likeness is used for a character named The Ghost Hunter.
