Check Out DenshAttack! and Its On-Rails Trick-Heavy Gameplay
If Jet Set Radio, Tony Hawk, and the Japan railway system had a baby, it’ll most likely resemble DenshAttack!
Made by developer Undercoders and published by Fireshine Games, the 3D action title has you literally on rails using a train to do flips, tricks, and jumping past obstacles while also “wall running”, subway-slamming, and grinding on rails like an extreme sportsperson. There’s a plot about your main character Emi wanting to be the best DenshAttacker out there, and a slew of rival train conductors you have to outtrick and outmaneuver. But really, the sauce here is all in the levels and setpieces.
One minute you’re racing a ganguro train gal and atop a ferris wheel to stampede through the competition, and the next you’re in the city grinding on rails and tagging white clean buildings while getting big air and doing ollies. In a train. Yes, you can have a game that goes off the rails with its anime vibes and narrative while literally on the rails with its racing and 3D trick-styling concept.
Check out the gameplay of the demo below if this uniqueness is in your sort of jam. DenshAttack! will be out for PC and consoles in 2026.
