Yasunori Mitsuda Teases New Project

Legendary video game music composer Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Xenoblade Chronicles 2) has officially teased a new project that’s coming soon.

According to his Twitter post, he said the project will officially be announced in February 2022. He also thanked his many fans for wishing him a happy birthday on the same Twitter thread.

This will be the first of multiple projects he is working on in the near future. Whether it’s a video game or music-related, it’s up in the air. You can be sure that it’s either one.
