Survival Game The Serpent Rogue Gets April Release Date

3D adventure survival indie title The Serpent Rogue is getting a release date.

Team17 and Sengi Games will be releasing their action-adventure game on 26th April on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series. Players control The Warden, a plague mask-wearing adventurer who has to cleanse the realm of the titular Serpent Rogue, and restore balance to Mount Morbus.

The gameplay trailer showcases exploration, 3D action RPG combat, and even some beast-taming in case you need some indentured help. The Serpent Rogue gameplay features include:

• Sandbox roguelike: Explore the mysterious world of The Serpent Rogue; locations and items are randomised by storms that sweep the land
• Permutations aplenty: Utilise the magic and crafting of alchemy to create new tactics to overcome the many threats and situations created by the Corruption
• Cause and effect: The Warden’s actions have consequences that can be used to their advantage; but will they become the hero of the tale… or the villain?
