Twitch Streamer Raises Ukraine Funds By Playing Elden Ring

Talk about using your Dark Souls style RPG skills for good.

Twitch streamer HasanAbi has raised US$150,000 for Ukraine in under half an hour while playing the current hot RPG Elden Ring (via Upcomer.com). This is partnership with CARE which is handling donations for Ukraine relief due to the current Russian invasion of the country.

HasanAbi went live this Monday, 28th February, to discuss about the political climate around Russia, Ukraine, and the world. He worked with CARE to raise money for Ukraine; he also added the stipulation that he will donate US$10 for every death he has in the game.

He raised a total of US$150,000, with US$25,000 of it being his death count fund. You can check the 8-hour stream and clips below:
