Sega has announced that the Sonic Frontiers ending theme song will be titled Vandalized by Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK.
In a press releases, ONE OK ROCK lead vocalist Taka said:
“We partnered with SEGA on Sonic Frontiers because we relate to Sonic and how he’s taken on the world after getting his start in Japan. We are based in the United States and have performed in Europe, Asia, and South America, so we are extremely happy to be able to work with the world-renowned Sonic.
This collaborative song, ‘Vandalize,’ is very upbeat and has some Japanese-inspired melodies while also sounding like a ONE OK ROCK song. It also matches the cool image of Sonic and his speed when he’s running, so please enjoy ‘Vandalize’ along with Sonic as he speeds across Sonic Frontiers.”
Sonic Frontiers is slated to release for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC on 8 November 2022.
Check out the English and Japanese versions of the song below. However, these are only samples for now, and the full versions have not been made available as of yet.
