Sea of Stars True Ending Guide & Walkthrough
Sea of Stars is out right now, and just like most JRPGs of the era it’s emulating, it contains a true ending.
Yes, the story is far from over even if you beat the game once. You will need to do a lot of legwork to get the game’s ultimate conclusion. Here’s a video guide to help you out; here’s your spoiler warning.
Toget the ball rolling, you need to beat the game once. You’ll then come across a scene where a part of a monolith lights up in The Moorlands. You should go to that area and touch each of the monoliths to give you a clue on what to do.
To light up the remaining 7 and proceed to the True Ending path, you need to do the following:
-Defeat the secret boss in the secret Docarri sunken ruins. You have to collect all three shards in three separate sunken Docarri ruins.
-Complete the Dweller’s Fall Arena challenges in the town of Brisk.
-Defeat the secret boss in the Cerulean Expanse. You need to get protips on getting to the secret area from one of Teaks’ stories.
-Free Duke Aventry in the Flooded Graveyard. You need to open up Romaya’s secret passage on an island north of Wraith island.
-Complete all 5 Solstice Shrine puzzle trials. Then head to Mountain Pass and enter the newly-opened Solstice gate portal.
-Find all Rainbow Conches on both world maps. Use this guide we did to get you started.
Once all these tasks are done, all the monoliths will glow and will open up a portal. Just watch the events play out.
Once those events are done, head back to the Fleshmancer’s Tower and fight the final boss to get your true ending.
