Boasting 89 new tracks from series composer Ryota Kozuka and Toshiki Konishi, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance’s lovely pieces of aural work can be found on Spotify and Apple Music. The revamp of the 2021 JRPG has more battle themes ranging from the sinister-sound “Battle deadlock” to the theme fit for mythical sacred whores”Battle -Qadistu”. The new Da’at overworld themes in Shinjuku and Kabukicho go from ethereal to “post-apocalyptic city vibes” throughout the game. And you also have two different versions of the Demon Haunt theme that is chill AF. There’s a lot of range and genres at play here, from pure adrenaline-inducing rock to lo-fi electronica.
