Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP Gets An Early Release for West
Dragami Games announced that the release date for Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP in the Americas and Europe has been moved up to two weeks earlier than the original plan scheduled. The producer Yoshimi Yasuda has confirmed that the new release date for West is now 12 September 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
The revised date is accompanied by the final pricing for Western markets, priced at $44.99, a slight reduction compared to the reported price of $49.99. It’s worth noting that the release for Japan and Asia remains unchanged, which is set for 26 September 2024.

Lollipop Chainsaw was first released in 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game features additional gameplay content such as the RePOP mode, where players use a unique and colourful pop art-inspired art style for damage effects. There are unique new chainsaws with distinctly different features that have been added. A Time Attack mode with a ranking feature has been added. The best part is that Juliet can try out 30 costumes, more than the original game’s costume count. Combined with the addition of 4 new hair colours and 4 new chainsaws, this adds up to 750 different possible combinations.
The physical editions will proceed to be released sometime this October. Dragami Games promised to share more updates in the coming weeks.
