Genshin Impact 5.5 Update Cowboy Stampedes Its Way Towards End Of March

China’s biggest action RPG title is channeling the Wild West with its latest expansion.

Genshin Impact’s 5.5 update will continue on with more adventures in the fiery landscape of Natlan, thanks to the addition of a new area called the Great Volcano of Tollan and its ancient city. The update will also add in the next and final tribe called the Collective of Plenty, featuring two new characters to gacha: Varesa and Iansan. Check out the features of the 5.5 update below:

– New Map: The Great Volcano of Tollan is now open, with a sacred city and a multi-layered map into the volcano’s depths.

– New Tribe & Saurian: The Collective of Plenty, arrives with a Saurian, the Tatankasaurus, which can charge and smash through special huge rocks.

– New characters: Varesa is a well-endowed 5-star Electro Catalyst user who excels in Plunging Attacks. Iansan is a 4-star Electro Polearm user who provides ATK buffs and healing. Both can dash and perform flying leaps during exploration.

– Event Wishes: Phase I: Varesa, Iansan, Xianyun, Phase II: Xilonen, Venti

– Seasonal event: The “Tournament of Glory in Bloom,” featuring Ifa and the rest of the playable Natlan cast, will see the revival of a traditional Natlan competition. Various bonuses are available including the chance to obtain Ororon for free

– New optimizations: Improvements will be added to the boss tracking system and the Artifact leveling experience.
