New Dark Pictures Little Hope Trailer Teases Witches & Black Magic

Developer Supermassive Games have released a new trailer for The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope and revealed a little bit more about what to expect,

Supermassive Games CEO and The Dark Pictures Anthology executive producer Pete Samuels said:

“We’re really excited to talk more about Little Hope!

As the second chapter in The Dark Pictures Anthology, Little Hope is an all new and disturbing story for players to experience.

Whether they are playing alone or with friends we can’t wait for players to get their hands on the Little Hope this summer.”

The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope features four college students and their professor, who find themselves trapped by a mysterious fog in the isolated eponym town.

The trailer teases a Salem Witch Trials-like historic past for the town, with black magic and evil forces at work. Players can take the role of each of the five protagonists of this brand-new cast, one of them being represented by Black Mirror: Bandersnatch and The Chronicles Of Narnia: Voyage Of The Dawn Treader actor Will Poulter.

Like the first game, Man of Medan, Little Hope is designed to be replayable with multiple storylines, paths and endings. The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man Of Medan originally came out in August 2019, which we found to be a flawed interactive adventure horror title (check out our review here).

The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope will officially launch for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, sometime in summer 2020.
