Here’s A Trailer Of Brie ‘Captain Marvel’ Larson’s Directorial Debut

Netflix has released the trailer for Unicorn Store, the first ever movie to be directed and produced by Captain Marvel star Brie Larson. The upcoming movie reunites her and Captain Marvel co-star Samuel L. Jackson in a heartfelt adult comedy romp.
Unicorn Store was initially screened at the 2017 Toronto International Screen Festival but it was only earlier in 2019 that Netflix announced that it has picked up distribution rights. Thanks to the major success of Captain Marvel, this new movie will definitely be garnering significantly more attention.
Here’s what the movie is about according to the official description on Netflix:
“After falling out of art school and taking a humdrum office job, a whimsical painter gets a chance to fulfill her lifelong dream of adopting a unicorn.”
I believe the “unicorn” is meant to be a metaphor for something else (sorry, no actual unicorns are featured in the movie), but we’ll have to find out when Unicorn Store starts streaming on Netflix on 5 April 2019.
The movie also stars Joan Cusack, Bradley Whitford, Karan Soni, Mamoudou Athie, Mary Holland, and Hamish Linklater. In the meantime, check out the trailer for Unicorn Store below.
