Activision and Infinity Ward have revealed the PC specifications for the upcoming Call Of Duty Modern Warfare beta (via blog post), which will take place from 21 to 23 September 2019 (and open to anyone who has pre-ordered any edition of the game on any platform).

PC gamers will need a DirectX 12-compatible system, a DirectX-compatible sound card, and at least 45GB of space on your hard drive for the Call Of Duty Modern Warfare beta. Here are the minimum and recommended specs:

Minimum Specs

  • Requires DirectX 12 compatible system
  • OS: Windows 7 64-Bit (SP1) or Windows 10 64-Bit (1709 or later)
  • CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k or AMD equivalent
  • Video: Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 2GB / GTX 1650 4GB or AMD Radeon HD 7950
  • RAM: 8GB RAM
  • HDD: 45GB HD space
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

Recommended Specs

  • Requires DirectX 12 compatible system
  • OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (latest Service Pack)
  • CPU: Intel Core i7 4770k or AMD equivalent
  • Video: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 4GB / GTX 1660 6GB or AMD Radeon R9 390 / AMD RX 580
  • RAM: 16GB RAM
  • HDD: 45GB HD space
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

This weekend’s beta test will allow all players on all platforms their first opportunity to test the cross-play feature, and Ground War mode, a massive team-based multiplayer mode that can support 100 players.

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare is slated to release for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on 25 October 2019. In the meantime, check out the trailer below.
