KL To Host Brawl Stars World Championship Qualifiers This October

Supercell and ESL are partnering up to host the Brawl Stars World Champion Qualifiers for the Asia Pacific Region. There will be two online qualifiers happening on 28 September 2019: Southeast Asia (SEA) and Australia & New Zealand (AU&NZ).
The top 16 teams from each qualifier will get to play in the online finals stage which will be broadcasted live across multiple platforms. Those who do well at that the online finals will proceed to the Offline Finals which will be held at The Pantheon, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 19 October to 20 October 2019. The wining team will qualify to compete in the Brawl Stars World Championship.
The SEA Qualifier is open to teams from:
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Philippines
- Vietnam
- Cambodia
- Laos
- Myanmar
- Bruinei
- East Timor
SEA Qualifier prizes:
- 1st Place – US$600 + qualify to offline regional finals
- 2nd Place – US$300 + qualify to offline regional finals
- 3rd/4th Place – US$150 each + qualify to offline regional finals
AU&NZ Qualifier prizes:
- 1st Place – US$600 + qualify to offline regional finals
- 2nd Place – US$300 + qualify to offline regional finals
- 3rd/4th Place – US$150 each
The top six teams from the APAC Open Qualifiers along with representatives from India and Indonesia will meet at the Offline Finals. There, they will compete for a total prize pool of US$7,000. The Offline Finals will feature a double elimination in a best of 5 format.
