Guy Accidentally Discharges Gun On Twitch, Gets Suspension
By Melvyn Tan|March 6, 2020|0 Comment
Call of Duty streamer Carl Riemer has been suspended by Twitch after accidentally firing a pistol during a livestream.
He was also removed from the roster of esports and content creation brand SoaR Gaming as a result of his actions.
We do not condone the actions on livestream by Carl last night. He has been removed from the SoaR Gaming roster effective immediately.

During the livestream, Riemer jokingly says “Say I ain’t got money” while holding his pistol. The gun goes off unintentionally seconds later.
Twitter user @cam834 captured the incident:

An hour after SoaR announced on Twitter that they would be removing Riemer, he posted an apology on the platform.
Don't do what I did. Ever. Literally everything was going perfectly in life and one mistake ruined everything I've been doing for year. I cannot put into words how sorry I am and how dangerous what I did last night was. pic.twitter.com/O781ecXxJN

Fortunately, the only casualty was a can of G-Fuel, but the incident is a reminder that guns are not toys to be played around with. While no one was hurt, Twitch’s and SoaR’s actions were probably the right ones.
